How we got here

From one home to three — the slow, deliberate way

We grew only when we were sure we could give every new residence the same personal attention as the first.

It started with a question parents kept asking
“Who actually runs this place?” In 2018, when we opened our first home in Jagatpura, we realised most PGs in Jaipur couldn't answer that question honestly. Rooms were rented through brokers, terms lived in verbal promises, and safety meant a padlock. We decided our answer would always be the same: the owners run it, the owners live nearby, and the owners pick up the phone.
We rebuilt the PG around the resident
Every room air-conditioned with an attached washroom. Hotel-grade 8-inch mattresses. Biometric entry instead of a register at the gate. And instead of a compulsory mess, modular self-cook kitchens with chimney, induction, gas and RO water — because no one should pay for food they don't eat.
Three homes, one standard
Today the family runs Anand Luxury Girls Home and A-31 Girls PG in Jagatpura, and Karol's Villa in Malviya Nagar. Different characters, different budgets — the same non-negotiables: women-only premises, written terms, no brokerage, and owners who know every resident by name.

Our residences hold 4.8 to a perfect 5.0 on Google — 387+ reviews from students, working women and their parents. We didn't ask for the phrase “home away from home”; it just kept appearing.
