Across our three residences, triple sharing starts at ₹6,499 per month, twin sharing at ₹6,500–₹9,500 per person, and private rooms range from ₹12,000 to ₹18,000 per month. Rent includes AC, WiFi, housekeeping and kitchen access; electricity is billed as per usage and there is no brokerage.

We operate exclusively in south Jaipur's education corridor: Anand Luxury Girls Home and A-31 Girls PG are in Jagatpura (near JNU, VIT, JECRC and SKIT), and Karol's Villa is in Siddharth Nagar, Malviya Nagar, close to the coaching hub and World Trade Park.

We follow a flexible kitchen-first model instead of a compulsory mess. Every residence has fully equipped modular kitchens (chimney, induction, gas, RO water, fridge, utensils) so you can cook what you like, hire a cook, or subscribe to a local tiffin service — and never pay for food you don't eat.

Our standard terms across all three residences: one month's rent as advance deposit, a 6-month lock-in period, and 1-month notice before vacating. Terms are confirmed transparently in writing before you book, and there is no brokerage at any property.

We insist on it. Parents are welcome on tours any day between 9 AM and 8 PM — walk through the rooms, kitchens and security systems, and meet the owners. Visitors are hosted in designated common areas after move-in too.

Yes. Residents include professionals working at World Trade Park and Sitapura Industrial Area. Private and twin rooms, reliable WiFi, power backup and flexible kitchens fit working schedules as well as college timetables.

We keep reasonable entry timings that balance safety with independence, and we discuss them openly during your visit — no surprises after you move in. Late arrivals for classes, work shifts or travel are accommodated with prior intimation.
