1. Who we are

2. What we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us:

• Enquiry and visit-booking forms: your name, phone number and any message you write. We use these solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule your visit and follow up about your stay.
• WhatsApp and phone contact: if you message or call us, we see the number you contact us from. WhatsApp conversations are also governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
• Email: anything you send to our addresses, which we use only to reply and to keep a record of our correspondence with you.

We do not ask for — and you should never send via this website — payment card details, government ID numbers or passwords.

3. Analytics — cookieless by design

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics service. It shows us aggregate information — page views, referrers, country-level location — without cookies, without fingerprinting and without tracking you across other websites. Because there are no tracking cookies, we don't show you a cookie banner: there's nothing to consent to.

4. What we never do

• We never sell, rent or trade your personal information — to anyone, for any reason.
• We never share your details with brokers, marketers or property aggregators.
• We never send marketing messages unrelated to an enquiry you made.
• We never use advertising trackers or third-party ad cookies on this site.

5. How long we keep your information

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to serve your enquiry or stay, and for reasonable record-keeping afterwards. Information required for a residency agreement is retained as the law requires.

6. Your rights — including deletion

You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@bestgirlspg.com with the subject “Data request” and we will act on it promptly — usually within a few days. Deletion requests are honoured except where a legal obligation requires us to retain a record.

7. Third-party links

This site links to third-party services such as Google Maps, Google Business profiles and WhatsApp. Once you leave our site, those services' own privacy policies apply.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how this website handles data, we will update this page and its date. We will never quietly weaken the commitments above.
