Is she safe?
Biometric entry, 24x7 CCTV, women-only premises, female staff at Anand and restricted visitor access. All three homes sit in well-lit, settled colonies — and every measure can be inspected on a tour.
Will she eat properly?
Modular self-cook kitchens with chimney, induction, gas, RO water and fridge at every residence, plus trusted tiffin options. Home-style food, on her schedule — no compulsory mess she'd skip anyway.
Who runs the homes?
The owner family — not a caretaker on rotation, not a franchise call centre. They manage the homes day to day, live locally, and give every parent their direct number.
Can we visit her?
Always. Before booking, tour any day 9 AM–8 PM. After move-in, parents are welcome in the common areas — the same visitor policy that protects your daughter protects everyone.
Is the money clean?
Every term in writing before you pay a rupee: rent, deposit, lock-in, notice, electricity as per usage. No brokerage, no 'maintenance surprises', no verbal promises.
What if something goes wrong?
Residents are briefed on emergency numbers (112, women helpline 1090) and the nearest hospital. The owners are a phone call away at any hour — and they pick up.

A visitor policy that protects everyone
Guests, including parents, are hosted in designated common areas. It can feel formal on your first visit — until you realise it means no stranger ever reaches your daughter's floor either.
Reasonable timings, discussed openly
Entry timings balance safety with independence and are agreed transparently at booking. Late classes, work shifts and travel are accommodated with prior intimation — no gotchas.
A home that looks after itself
Housekeeping, maintenance and repairs are handled by us as a matter of routine — your daughter's job is her studies and her life, not chasing a landlord.

What other parents asked before choosing us
Who actually runs these PGs, and can I speak to them directly?
One Jaipur family owns and runs all three residences — Anand Luxury Girls Home and A-31 Girls PG in Jagatpura, and Karol's Villa in Malviya Nagar. There are no brokers or franchise managers in between. You get the owners' direct number at your first visit, and they answer it before and after your daughter moves in.
How do I know the safety claims are real and not just marketing?
Verify them yourself. Tours run every day from 9 AM to 8 PM: test the biometric entry, look at the CCTV coverage, walk every floor and speak to current residents without us hovering. Our residences hold 4.8–5.0 Google ratings across hundreds of public reviews — many written by parents.
What will my daughter eat if there's no compulsory mess?
Every residence has fully equipped modular kitchens — chimney, induction, gas, RO water, refrigerator and utensils — so she can cook home-style food on her own schedule. Many residents pair the kitchen with a trusted local tiffin service. She eats what she likes and you never pay for meals she doesn't take.
Are the money terms really transparent? What exactly will we pay?
Rent, deposit, lock-in, notice period and electricity billing are published on each property page and confirmed in writing before you book. Typically it's one month's rent as deposit, a 6-month lock-in and one month's notice; electricity is billed as per usage. There is no brokerage and no hidden charge — ever.
Can we visit her after she moves in, and how will we stay informed?
Of course. Parents are always welcome and are hosted in designated common areas — residential floors stay private for all residents' security. For anything else, you have the owners' direct number: they live locally, know every resident by name, and will always take your call.
