Security at our residences works in layers — biometric entry, 24x7 CCTV, women-only premises, visitor limits and owners who live nearby. And every layer is something you and your parents can inspect on a tour, any day between 9 AM and 8 PM.

Biometric entry
At Anand and Karol's Villa, doors open only to registered fingerprints. No keys to copy, no codes to share — and a log of every entry.
24x7 CCTV
Cameras cover entrances and common areas at every residence, recording round the clock — a deterrent first, and evidence if it's ever needed.
Women-only premises
Not 'girls floors' in a mixed building. Every residence is women-only end to end, and at Anand the staff inside the residence is female-only too.
Restricted visitor access
Visitors — including family — are hosted in designated common areas only. Residential floors stay private to residents, always.
Well-lit, settled colonies
All three homes sit on lit streets in established residential colonies of Jagatpura and Malviya Nagar — not on isolated highways or half-built plots.
Owners on call
The owner family lives locally and stays personally involved. Any concern — a stranger loitering, a late-night return, a maintenance worry — reaches them directly.

- Watch the biometric scanner in action at the entrance — try the door yourself
- Ask to see the CCTV monitor and where the cameras point
- Walk every floor: check locks, lighting, corridors and washrooms
- Meet the staff and ask who is on the premises overnight
- Talk to current residents — we'll step away while you do
- Take the owners' direct number and call it any time after the tour

South Jaipur's student heartland. Anand sits in Anand Vihar, a settled railway colony with lit streets and neighbours who have lived there for decades; A-31 is on Ramnagariya Road in a residential pocket with everyday foot traffic — shops, families and college students, not empty stretches.
