You'll walk the rooms, kitchens, washrooms and security systems with the owner — not a sales agent. Ask anything; every term is answered on the spot.

Love it? Pick your room and reserve it with a small token. Deposit, lock-in and notice terms go in writing before you pay anything more.

Make the most of it
What to check on your tour
Use this checklist at our homes — and at every other PG you visit. We're confident about the comparison; that's why we wrote it.
- Test the AC, geyser and shower pressure in the actual room you'd take
- Open the kitchen — check the chimney, induction, gas and RO water yourself
- Watch the biometric entry work and count the CCTV cameras
- Sit on the mattress — ours are 8-inch, hotel-grade; compare anywhere else
- Check WiFi speed on your own phone, in the room, not the lobby
- Ask for deposit, lock-in and notice terms in writing before paying
- Walk the street outside — lighting, distance to the market, auto availability
