House Rules & Terms
Every term, on the table, before you pay a rupee.
Most PG disputes start with terms that were never written down. So we publish ours — deposits, lock-in, notice, electricity, visitors, timings — for all three residences, and confirm them in writing at booking. No brokerage, no hidden charges, no surprises.
The terms
House terms at each residence
Straight from each property's published house terms — the same list you'll see on its own page and in your booking confirmation.

Exact figures for your room and move-in date are confirmed in writing before you book. If anything here differs from what you're told in person, hold us to the written version — that's what it's for.
Visitors
Welcome — in the right spaces
Parents and guests are always welcome, and always hosted in designated common areas — at A-31, that's the ground floor. Residential floors stay private to residents, without exception. It's the simplest rule we have, and the one parents thank us for most: no visitor, however familiar, ever reaches your floor.
- Guests hosted in common areas during daytime hours
- Residential floors are residents-only, for everyone's privacy
- Parents touring before booking: any day, 9 AM – 8 PM
Timings
Reasonable, and discussed openly
We don't believe a curfew designed for a hostel of 17-year-olds fits a working woman on a night shift — or that “no timings at all” is what most parents are signing up for. So our entry timings are reasonable, balanced between safety and independence, and discussed transparently at booking so everyone agrees before move-in.
Late arrivals for classes, work shifts or travel are accommodated with prior intimation. Quiet hours after 10 PM at Karol's Villa keep the villas restful for everyone. The principle throughout: no rule you didn't hear before you booked.
The point of it all
Clear rules protect residents, not the management
Rules you can read can't change on you
When terms live on a page — and in your booking confirmation — nobody can 'remember them differently' six months later. That protects you far more than it protects us.
Your deposit is defined, not negotiated
What you paid, what it covers and exactly what gets it refunded (notice served, room handed over) is settled before move-in — so getting it back is a formality, not a fight.
Everyone signed up for the same home
Quiet hours, kitchen etiquette and visitor limits mean the residence you toured is the residence you live in — for you and for every other woman who chose it for the same reasons.
Safety rules keep working when applied evenly
Biometric entry and visitor limits only protect residents if they apply to everyone, every day. A rule with exceptions is just a suggestion.
Questions about any term? Just ask.
Every rule on this page is up for discussion on your tour — and whatever we agree goes in writing before you book.
